Wheatless In Seattle started with my passion for delicious baked goods that everyone can enjoy. I took my success as a professional baker and began experimenting with different gluten-free flours.
Friends and family were very impressed with my 'close the the real thing' gluten-free baked goods. Word quickly spread about the delectable pastries and breads and I found myself turning my prefessional career into a full time gluten-free baking business.
The quality and passion my team and I put into each item is the foundation of my business. We are one of the most successful gluten-free retail and gluten-free wholesale businesses in the Seattle area.

Breads, buns, crusts:
Our breads are soft and flavorful with enough body to stand up to a toaster or stacked sandwich. Easily Frozen. Most are dairy free (DF), egg free (EF), soy free (SF), potato free (PF), corn free (CF) and nut free (NF). Choose from a variety of delicious flavors including white, cinnamon, multi-grain, vegan focaccia or French. Hamburger buns and pizza crusts are also available. Ask about special flavors as we frequently have cinnamon raisin, dill, sweet potato or other seasonal flavors!
Baked treats:
We offer a large and ever changing selection of gluten free baked goods to satisfy every sweet tooth. From fair scones with seasonal fresh fruit fillings to strudels and pastries filled with fruit or savory fillings.
Our cakes and loaves are sure to please and will enhance any cup of coffee or tea. Most of these are also DF, EF, SF, CF, PF & NF. Enjoy green tea orange loaf, banana loaf or almond poppy loaf, Other special or seasonal flavors may be available so please ask.
Muffins are always in season and we have a large selection of delicious flavors that are as creative as they are yummy. Try blackberry cream cheese streusel, whole lemon walnut, sweet potato curry. applesauce spice or ask about our special and seasonal flavors that include carrot or berry. Many are SF, EF, PF, NF or DF and some are vegan.
We always have a selection of cookies and brownies that are kid pleasers. We also have special layered cookies and pie bars that are rich and delicious. Be sure to ask what is fresh when you order! Most of these too are DF, EF, CF, PF, and NF.

The recipes at Wheatless In Seattle are subject to change, other than the commitment to Gluten free and in some cases, Dairy, Soy or Egg free. Because we create our own recipes we will sometimes tweak or change them in order to provide a better product. Any changes to DF, SF, EF, PF, CF or NF will be clearly noted.
We strive to have the best tasting and freshest products available and our selection will vary with the seasons and availability of ingredients.
Wheatless in Seattle bakes all items at the Greenwood location and they are made fresh with no preservatives. Most of these products will withstand freezing but will taste best when fresh. Some breakage of cookies could occur during transport.
